The pattern we couldn't ignore
Through ProMeet, our facilitation practice, we ran strategy sessions for Coca-Cola Europe, InterContinental Hotels Group, Medtronic and the Department for Work and Pensions. Clients rated them highly. But we kept seeing the same thing: real insight on the day, then a slow return to old habits. Capable people, clear plans, the same problems.

We went to the source
In 2015, over coffee in Billund, Sean and Marko Rillo decided to write the how-to book the LEGO® Serious Play® field lacked. SERIOUSWORK became a foundation text, and we have since trained more than 3,000 people to facilitate, in 21 countries. Teaching that many facilitators made us spell out what works, and admit what doesn't.

We built for what lasts
We joined LEGO® Serious Play® to systems thinking and dialogue, so a leadership team can see the whole system it works in and change it together. Professor Bart Victor, co-inventor of LEGO® Serious Play®, wrote the foreword to the book that sets it out. And we design every engagement so your own people can carry it on without us.
