Who we are
This website is run by Serious Outcomes Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (number 11115058), and Serious Outcomes Asia Pte Ltd, registered in Singapore (UEN 202553890W). Together we are "we" in this notice. You can contact us about privacy at sean@serious.global.
What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, work email, organisation and message when you use our contact form.
- Diagnostic and Executive Brief requests: your name, email, organisation, country if given, and your diagnostic answers.
- Calls you book: the details you enter in our booking calendar (Google Calendar).
- Newsletter: your email address, only if you tick the box to receive insights.
- Site statistics: anonymous, cookie-free visit counts. We cannot identify you from them.
How we use it
To reply to you, to send what you asked for, to manage our relationship with you, and, if you agreed, to send occasional insights. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and your consent for marketing emails.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the site and our business: Cloudflare (hosting, security and spam protection), Pipedrive (our customer relationship system) and Google (calendar, email and, if you accept analytics cookies, website analytics). Some of them process data outside the UK or Singapore, under appropriate safeguards. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and contact records are kept for as long as we have a business relationship and for up to [three] years after our last contact. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent for marketing at any time, and object to how we use it. Email sean@serious.global. In the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
